Do you already know what color you want, or will you need some help picking a good one? Regardless, we want to create a project that’s best suited for your needs - and that can only happen if we listen.
Once we understand what you’re looking for, it’s our job to manage your expectations. We want to fully paint the picture describing what it will look like when we work in your home: we’ll cover our prep work, the products we recommend and what your home will look like once we complete it.
Before we start unloading tools, we’ll go over the scope of the project with you one more time to make sure we’re aligned on all of the details. We’ll confirm the colors and what specific areas you want painted. After we finalize the scope, our team will start on the prep work (which is one of the most important steps). We’ll cover the floors, mask the trim, and protect adjacent surfaces from getting unwanted paint smears.
We’ll give you continuous updates on our progress and our expected completion time.
At the end of the project we’ll do a walkthrough with you to confirm you’re happy with our work. We’ll look for areas that may need to be touched up. We encourage our customers to be picky - we won’t leave your home until you approve all of our work.
