Worked with the homeowner to get the home ready to sell. Modernized the entire house by painting white over the beige walls and brown trim. Built-ins were coated via spray with careful masking. We used Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 for our paint.
This historic brick cottage on University Blvd in West U came to us needing a full exterior refresh while preserving the integrity of the original masonry. We applied Romabio lime slurry by hand across all brick surfaces. Romabio lime slurry is a breathable, mineral-based coating that allows moisture to escape rather than trapping it behind a sealed paint film, which is especially important for older brick homes. Before any coating was applied, we replaced rotten soffit and fascia boards to ensure a clean, solid substrate, then finished with fresh paint on all exterior trim. The result is a crisp, timeless look that honors the character of the home while setting it up for long-term durability.
This dining room was transformed using a full color-drenching approach in Sherwin-Williams Artichoke (SW 6179), enveloping the space in a rich, sophisticated green that feels both timeless and elevated. By applying the same hue across the walls, ceilings, and trim — with carefully selected sheens of satin, flat, and semi-gloss — we created subtle contrast, depth, and a seamless architectural flow. The result is a polished, design-forward space that delivers the client’s vision of a refined, luxurious atmosphere without feeling overworked.
Our client recently had this brick wall installed and wanted it to match the siding of the garage apartment. We primed all of the brick using Sherwin Williams Loxon Primer and then painted 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Loxon XP masonry paint. We color matched the paint so it's the same color as the siding and blends in seamlessly with the rest of the backyard.
We transformed these stained wood cabinets! We sprayed 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint to create a smooth "factory finish". We sprayed the cabinet frames on-site but removed all of the doors/drawers and took them off-site to spray at our shop (just to reduce the amount of time spent in our homeowner's kitchen). We sanded all surfaces 4 times - before the first coat of primer and in between each coat of primer/paint. This sanding step is critical because it creates a smoother surface and also helps increase adhesion for a more durable coating. We used a cabinet paint from Sherwin Williams called Gallery Series. This water based paint is incredibly durable, low odor and won't yellow over time the way traditional oil-based paints can. The result is a crisp, long-lasting finish that completely changed the feel of the kitchen.
Our customer purchased a penthouse near The Galleria and hired us for a full interior repaint, including these cabinets. We refinished by spraying 2 coats of Renner primer and 2 coats of Renner paint. We took all of the doors/drawers off site to spray them. An interior designer picked Santorini Blue as the color.
We pressure washed and then painted all of the white trim on this historic home. We used brushes, rollers and sprayers to apply 2 coats of Super Paint from Sherwin Williams
We repaired this ceiling crack and then painted the walls a color called Frosted Jade. We also painted the ceiling and attempted to improve upon the color match where the 2 different ceilings colors meet.
This was our first large commercial job. We were hired to repaint the existing white paint and the bare concrete. We applied 1 coat of Loxon Primer and 2 coats of Loxon Masonry paint from Sherwin Williams. We color matched this paint to the existing white paint on the building.
This 4th floor wine room was previously glazed. We scuff sanded the walls, rolled 1 coat of primer and then rolled 2 coats of paint. Glazed walls were a trend in the early 2000's but the homeowners grew tired of it and wanted to paint this room white.
We painted all of the surfaces in this house: Ceiling, Walls, Trim, Window Frames, Shutters and cabinetry. This was a massive project that took close to 500 labor hours and many, many gallons of paint!
Our customer purchased their 1st home and wanted to have some fun with the colors! We sanded the existing white paint and then brushed/rolled 2 coats of Emerald Urethane trim paint from Sherwin Williams. We used trim paint due to the durability.
The homeowner wanted to modernize their home by standardizing the color pallete throughout. We painted all of the rooms, including the TV room, Cotton White from Sherwin Williams. These Avocado Green walls took 3 coats of Super Paint.
The difference isn't noticable in these pictures, but we painted all of the surfaces in this living room. We masked the entire wood floor and used scaffolding to paint the ceiling and skylights. We sprayed all of the trim and brushed/rolled the walls and ceiling.
We painted everything in this picture except for the ceilings! We used a laser to project a flat and level line and then carefully applied tape before painting the two-tone accent wall. All of the cabinets were sprayed on site.
It looks like this windowsill was never primed. We scraped away the flaking paint, primed the barewood, and then used bondo filler to create a smooth surface. We painted all of the trim in this house with Emerald Urethane from Sherwin Williams.
Our client had new baseboards, window frames and door frames installed. We primed all of the barewood with stain blocking primer, filled all of the nail holes, caulked the seams and sprayed 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Trim Paint for a smooth finish.
We srpayed 1 coat of oil based stain blocking primer and then filled all of the nail holes with bondo filler and sanded smooth. Afterwards, we sprayed the 2nd coat of primer and again sanded it smooth. We used a 2k paint from Centurion for the top coat and sprayed 2 coats. This is the most durable paints available and will last for years to come.
