Worked with the homeowner to get the home ready to sell. Modernized the entire house by painting white over the beige walls and brown trim. Built-ins were coated via spray with careful masking. We used Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 for our paint.
This 4th floor wine room was previously glazed. We scuff sanded the walls, rolled 1 coat of primer and then rolled 2 coats of paint. Glazed walls were a trend in the early 2000's but the homeowners grew tired of it and wanted to paint this room white.
The homeowner wanted to modernize their home by standardizing the color pallete throughout. We painted all of the rooms, including the TV room, Cotton White from Sherwin Williams. These Avocado Green walls took 3 coats of Super Paint.
Our customer purchased their 1st home and wanted to have some fun with the colors! We sanded the existing white paint and then brushed/rolled 2 coats of Emerald Urethane trim paint from Sherwin Williams. We used trim paint due to the durability.
We repaired this ceiling crack and then painted the walls a color called Frosted Jade. We also painted the ceiling and attempted to improve upon the color match where the 2 different ceilings colors meet.
We pressure washed and then painted all of the white trim on this historic home. We used brushes, rollers and sprayers to apply 2 coats of Super Paint from Sherwin Williams
Our customer purchased a penthouse near The Galleria and hired us for a full interior repaint, including these cabinets. We refinished by spraying 2 coats of Renner primer and 2 coats of Renner paint. We took all of the doors/drawers off site to spray them. An interior designer picked Santorini Blue as the color.
This was our first large commercial job. We were hired to repaint the existing white paint and the bare concrete. We applied 1 coat of Loxon Primer and 2 coats of Loxon Masonry paint from Sherwin Williams. We color matched this paint to the existing white paint on the building.
We painted all of the surfaces in this house: Ceiling, Walls, Trim, Window Frames, Shutters and cabinetry. This was a massive project that took close to 500 labor hours and many, many gallons of paint!
We painted everything in this picture except for the ceilings! We used a laser to project a flat and level line and then carefully applied tape before painting the two-tone accent wall. All of the cabinets were sprayed on site.
The difference isn't noticable in these pictures, but we painted all of the surfaces in this living room. We masked the entire wood floor and used scaffolding to paint the ceiling and skylights. We sprayed all of the trim and brushed/rolled the walls and ceiling.
It looks like this windowsill was never primed. We scraped away the flaking paint, primed the barewood, and then used bondo filler to create a smooth surface. We painted all of the trim in this house with Emerald Urethane from Sherwin Williams.
