Payment Schedule: Payment is due as per the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Please ensure all payments are made promptly to avoid any delays in service.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total service cost.
Proper Prep Painters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston, Texas.
Proper Prep Painters reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is the Customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
